About Verge.io

Do something about IT

When finding “a better way” defeats “we’ve always done it this way”.

It's the middle of the night and you get a phone call; Part of the IT infrastructure is down. It's of critical importance (of course it is) and if you don't jump out of bed and figure this out right now, productivity will be hurt.

So, you get up and get to work because that is the difference between being a hero or villain when the workday begins.

We built Verge because we hate 3 a.m. phone calls

The Verge.io team originally united around one idea; Never having to take 3 a.m. phone calls again. We listed and analyzed what causes infrastructure to go offline. The points of failure, beyond just the compute and storage improvements including the networking and security components as well. Starting from scratch, we identified ways to reduce points of failure, and make the operation of the entire infrastructure more efficient.

a better way.

A better way of life.

What began as an exercise in shoring up infrastructure weaknesses, evolved into the search for a better quality of life for our IT colleagues and business clients. The process of identifying and nullifying points of failure led to the creation of Verge.  It’s an IT infrastructure operating system that uses a single simple interface to manage nearly all aspects of your infrastructure. That alone would make life easier for most IT professionals, but Verge also makes set-up, resource allocation, budget planning and department management easier. Throw in the ability to seamlessly manage tenancy, duplicate working environments and entire data centers in minutes, and adapt tenancy functions to help manage teams within an organization, and you have significantly reduced the time consuming and tedious tasks that comprise the least satisfying and most confusing parts of IT systems management.

Do more IT infrastructure, with less stress, less hardware, fewer headaches, lower power consumption, less human frustration, and less time wasted waiting for the systems you depend on for success.  Don’t take our word for it.
